About

A message from Eva:

Since October 2004 I have headed off to new shores of exploring and experimenting with the human voice, expression and healing.

Travelling to America, I have begun my training to become a Voice Movement Therapist on the very beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard, near Boston, Massachusetts.

“Voice Movement Therapy” is a very new, dynamic and creative form of therapy and focuses on the voice and body movement as magnificent intuitive tools for human expression and healing. There have been sounds, cries of joy and laughter as well as sobbing and crying and everything in between. Something we were all instinctively doing as little children but disconnected with when we started to use language? Song writing, integrating parts of ourselves that we are afraid of, self discovery and learning how to apply this to work are on the menu, as well as much more.

Since I’ve always loved working with the person behind the voice in my singing teaching (the two are clearly inseparable!) I’m learning to go much deeper and work in an even more healing context!
I will be travelling backwards and forwards to the States 4 times between October 2004 and May 2005 and shall keep you updated on how things unfold.

Love and blessings to you.
Eva
